What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash and all major credit cards, though you will need to have a card on file when paying cash.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. We require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% at the time of the booking.
When will my card be charged?
Your deposit will be charged at the time of your booking, the remainder will be charged the day of your ride or the day after.
Are there any hourly minimums?
Yes. For regular rides there is a two hour minimum, for special events there is a four hour minimum. Click here for a complete list of our rates. All rates are subject to change.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit card payments and in the event that there is damage to the vehicle you will be charged a fee appropriate to the damage incurred. There is a $200 cleaning fee for any smoking in the vehicle and a $100 fee if carpet cleaning is needed.
Can I tip my driver?
Yes. Our drivers work very hard to ensure your ride is pleasant and memorable and you are welcome to tip them however you deem appropriate. If you would like their tip to be included in your payment you can let the driver know or call us after your ride at 346-789-2439.
What happens if I need cancel?
Call us as soon as possible at 346-789-2439. If it is 48 hours or more before your ride then you will be charged only your deposit. Less than 48 hours before your ride you will be charged the full amount of your ride.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Call us as soon as possible at 346-789-2439. We will do our best to accommodate your new scheduling needs and in the event that this is possible there will be no additional charges. If we cannot accommodate your new scheduling needs, it will be treated as a cancellation.
Can I book a regular or recurring ride?
Absolutely. Call us at 346-789-2439. We would be happy to give you a quote for a recurring ride.
If I'm not ready at the pick up time will I be charged for the wait time?
Yes. We include a 15 minute grace period for all of our rides but after that you will be charged a wait time in one hour increments.
What kind of vehicles do you have?
We currently offer late model Chevrolet Suburbans. For pictures click here.
How can I find my driver at the airport or cruise terminal?
Your driver will have a sign with your last name printed clearly.
What happens if I leave something in the car?
We cannot be responsible for anything left in the vehicle. However our drivers do a thorough sweep of their vehicles after each ride and we will do our best to return any lost items.
Do you provide beverages?
Our cars are all equipped with room temperature water but you may request cold water or sodas if you'd like.
Can I eat in the car?
No.
Can I smoke in the car?
No. There is a $200 cleaning fee if you smoke in the car.
